American Fiber Kings LLC also owes me payment. I have written communication from the owner acknowledging our relationship and repeatedly stating that he is waiting on a finance representative. I intend to pursue legal action to recover what is owed and to prevent similar conduct in any future businesses he may establish. This behavior is unethical and constitutes a breach of trust. Misrepresenting intentions and failing to pay agreed amounts may amount to fraud and deceptive practices and may lend him in prison. I regret not conducting more thorough research on American Fiber Kings LLC and its leadership prior to engaging in business.
