Miguel and his wife Dee Dee, They was working Ashville NC,
I worked for them in 2021 on IDA, 4 to 5 weeks.. he paid me 4 days in a row 8 hour days for 2 truck's/crews when we was working 12 hour days. He tried to reverse the ACH on my last check 36K, and have my money sent back to him.
Then to top it all off he sends me an over inflated 1099 in the amt. 240K I still have the 1099 .. he finally sent me a corrected one "for half the amount" (blamed it on his accountant)
