A de-lash needle?
are you referring to like a bell on a quickie at the end of a rope between the existing strand and cable??? is that what you are call a de-lash needle?
FYI we are not rolling it up plan is after it's on the ground we are cutting it in 5-to-8-foot lengths and toss it into a 20-yard container
also, why spray a wetting agent?
