What is going on with charter? highsplit is stop and go for the past 6 months, impossible to work, we keep losing people as they suddenly stop work for 2-3 weeks with no explanation.
Is there a market where work flows normaly?
besides dropping the rates in the middle of the project they screw us with workflow.
the whole industry seems to be a mess and no way to make money ((((
