I just saw a job posting by BTR hiring a fiber splicer at 20 bucks per hour. Is this a joke? I’m posting this in defense to our labor rates and supporting our guys that leave their families to work their tails off day and night while trying to make ends meet. This isn’t a job that any kid can just learn in 1 day. These tasks that we perform in this industry certainly deserves a fair wage, fair benefits and support. If you can’t do that then don’t post the job.
