This is an ITG job post. They don’t keep their managers much less their in-house. It’s a revolving door and they terminate at the drop of a hat that’s if you don’t quit first. BTR is also an affiliate which is also a bad bad relationship between the 2 that rolls downhill to (you) as the employee.
