I'm one of the younger generation splicers. I've been as creative and hard working as I possibly can be but it isn't working anymore. I do great work and go the extra mile but unfortunately I've lost everything and had to close the business. The rates I was getting just couldn't pay the bills anymore and I rode it until the wheels fell off. That was bad judgement on my part, but nonetheless the industry is completely dead.
