Call me old fashioned, but why would someone try to hire potential employees and or 1099 Contractors to work on a job site where the AT&T employees employed in these areas on are on strike for better conditions. As I type this, I see where the union strike in Mississippi is now over as well.
Don't we have enough challenges in this world of contracting, to keep people that have possibly worked for their company for decades, to keep them from coming to a resolution on their own.
Don't mean to offend anyone, just my thoughts is all coming into my 37th year of owning a telecom engineering firm is all.
