It is called work for free. Back in the later 80s it was called cable industry. Now its called work for free. If i wanted to volunteer id go to the salvation army aka starvation army or Goodwill aka creedwill. Hell who would want to be in a industry where the pay is next to nothing. At least at McDonalds you get a pay check or you can stand on the street corner asking for loose change and make better money than actually putting in cable. The industry has died. No money in this profession any more. As the legend of Microman has said No money time to get out go fishing.
