it’s been several years but from our experience It’s Extremely low rates / net 30 or Net 60 whenever they decide. You have to complete the entire (node or cabinet) before you can invoice.
Work Is very controlled to issue you minimal work and the city makes or breaks you and wire 3 will not have your back in any instance . No field support and very unorganized. Unless they changed then the above stated still stands.
