The claim that we do not pay our contractors is factually incorrect. We have attached a picture of your invoice, which reflects your start time with our company and the amount due. Additionally, we have attached pictures showing the funds that we deposited into your account. Carlos (LG), your company elected to enroll in our net 7 advance program, which has a list of requirements. Your company met these requirements for the first week; as you can see, we paid you accordingly. Your company was disqualified from the program once you no longer had a continuation of work with organizations. Our company assesses risk, as we understand there are many issues involving UG construction. That said, we are assessing your damages.
We kindly ask that you issue a retraction of these statements in the same forum where they were originally published. It is in our mutual interest to resolve this matter swiftly and professionally.
