With about a dozen crews I'm a bit overwhelmed with managing my guys between three different towns in two different states. From splicing to testing, to no light rolls, to going back for clean up, keeping it all in my head is getting challenging.
Trying to throw it all into ClickUp, but the mobile app is so limited. It's gotta be done on a PC, which isn't always convenient. Any recommendations from managers?
