First, you need to have contacts within the companies you mentioned that have the ability to grant contracts.  Without contacts at that level within those companies, your chances of landing a contract are near zero.  Also, you will need a track record of your ability with at least 5 years of experience.  On top of that you will need the financial wherewithal to operate for at least 90 days before you receive your first payment.
