As far as i know, there's bid software i believe(prolly not cheap)! Maybe check with ANY Association of General Contractors or Home developers as to see if they are running fiber in their new developments. Ya never know til you try! Be advised, you are fighting an uphill battle, very big hill!!!! Coke didnt sell 1 product in it 1st year of business, and look at them now! Peace.....
