Unfortunately, you can't lein an illegal contractor that has no license or Bond tied to that license.
N&W Communications does not look like they have a License in KC KS OR KC MO and Im not sure on Arizona yet.
But, if they are signing 1099 contracts with individuals that are not licensed, bonded and insured? They are all W2 Employees!
Im talking to Wage & Hour, the IRS and the Contractors Licensing Board next week!
