Not asking for too much are you? First the schooling you are describing is a business school. A 4 year bachelors degree college. Short of that, I do not know of any schools that provide what you are looking for. I can tell you that to be a prime, you will need contacts with the owners of the fiber projects ie phone, internet, data, tv providers, etc. Without those contacts, all the education will be for not. If they don’t know you, it is unlikely they will let you bid a job. Good luck!
