Thanks for your commentary. I appreciate getting those stories. I believe I remember Jim telling me about that situation. As one might imagine, like many of us, he had a lot of similar stories.
I also did some work for Line-techs in the Chicago area back around 93-95 range.... and my buddies Koop worked for them a few times as well.... neither of us had as good of experiences as we would have liked... but I'll spare ya the details...
