Another of Ford's amazing designs........ When I ran a shop this was a real issue. What I would do is order about 10 and have them in stock for my fleet accounts. Sometimes you can get them aftermarket. It's worth paying extra on the oil change for the plug replacement rather then not getting it done at all. Maybe call your shop and have them pre-order some.
