I might raise a few eyebrows with this post however, It speaks the truth. I've noticed companies in this industry having expectations from company executives to bring on crews that they know. Most executive know 10-20 or more crews at a time. When the company fails to pay with no reason (manager) is left holding the bag. I see this as a growing problem and truly puts the manager or executive themselves in a very tough situation. Companies/Employers need to understand the trouble they cause the Manager by putting them into this situation. Its not fair and it is a lot to ask someone to fill these positions and then completely screw the managers trust, reputation. Managers may seem easy to hire but the good ones are hard to come by. Im sure some of you may see this as nothing new however if you care about your name and take pride in what you do youll understand what I am talking abiout here.
Best of luck to all of you
