Hello,
I was just told that when someone responds to one of our ads they get 4 emails of the same notification. There are 4 people set to receive messages and all 4 employees get the duplicate emails. Can I get help with why that is? I have their individual emails listed on the messaging part and a group email that they are on for the Contact part. This is also an ad where we added the $25 extra category to it. Does that have something to do with why that's happening?
