I live in the finger lakes region in New York state and I am looking to find somebody either a subcontractor company or try to figure out how I could work for myself doing drop burys in either the Rochester or Syracuse markets preferably. looking for something close to home. not sure if I'm using the right words or not but maybe I'm looking for who the prime would be? spectrum Verizon?
