I personally wasted my time and money for the possibility of it working out to be good. But exactly your points are why I had to cut my losses and move on to something more obtainable. Could you imagine walking for miles and miles a day for what you could earn in a half day of installing at any mso. So not knocking the guy’s hustle to start something different but it was for me. My opinion if it helps
