Was offered a job to be part of an "elite" underground crew. Wanted to shop around a little. Does anyone know if anybody has an elite travel team for guys that don't mind working hard and are paid a little extra and treated a little better? What should I expect in terms of pay or benefits? Should add the job was in the southeast but I'm looking anywhere in the country except the far west.
