Take note of all the adds for help that don't list a persons last name, nor company name, or their website to at least check out their background in this industry. Not talking about storm work as that is a whole other situation altogether.
I see adds approaching 5 paragraphs of info, but end with no one responsible on their end for your proposed employment.
Just be careful and ask others that have been in this business since High School (myself) before you engage with one of these offers. Just my thoughts....
