Welcome to being an owner/boss! You are not alone. Everyone who enters the business world has a learning curve. You have moved from doing the fun stuff to doing the not so fun stuff. Back in the last century when I started my businesses, like you, I also did it all. I worked 20 hour days for 3 years. Then hired a secretary to: answer the phones, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, corporate filings, inventory, insurance & bonding, filing, preparing formal bids, sorting through the tons of mail, etc. Best thing I ever did. At one point I hired a very competent person to do the not so fun stuff listed above. That allowed me to get back to the fun stuff. Remember to: bid EVERY job to make money, enjoy your work, take care of your employees, and be safe out there.
