Re: Non Compete Clauses

Years ago I was told they can not keep you from working if it's your life long trade     However, I feel if it's in writing, if they want to push the issue, legally they got you.  I know of NO ONE, that was ever sued, some threatened but it just came down that they were assigned work,  away from the prime, on the other side of town.
