I'm in the same boat. I have to turn down work because I can't find enough personnel. I had a kid tell me he won't get out of bed for less than $60,000 a year. He has no experience. Couldn't tell you the difference between EMT or PVC. Told him I'd give him a $60k salary if he could read a tape measure. It was a complete failure.
