Re: Can't find workers

They are good ones out there but they are very hard to find.  When you do find a good one, you will have to pay him/her more than anybody else is able to.  Good people are in short supply.  The younger generation (<21) has only experienced a work force shortage in their entire work life.  Therefore, they have no knowledge of it being any other way. They think this is how it has always been and some try to use it to their advantage.
