Are you being paid on units and paying your men by the hour? If so you should already know your cost and profits made. Apparently you think paying them by units will give you more profits, sometimes that work, some not !! Just take one week productin from an hourly crew, then break it down if paying them by units., compare the differents. So if your asking what is a good unit rate, your just have to do your home work like the rest of us. The over 40 hrs work while paying units takes some paper work monitoring both. So you need to establish a standard hourly rate for comparison. If you got good crews...stay on hourly !! Keep Safe: Get R Done
