Fair rate all depends on you and what you feel to be fair to them to make a good living, and you still make a profit. I pay my production guys 35% and I hold 5% of that for day's they cant work due to weather and what not and what is left at the end of month they get a kind of bonus. 2 of them as a matter of fact wont touch it until Christmas and use it to supplement thier Christmas Bonus (thier Choice) Sub's 70-80% depending on the quaility of work and how long they have been with us.
