TSBCC: How many times have we replied to request on becoming a Prime. They just don't get it, they need to stay a sub-sub, unless they can get a local contract on a small scale. In this trade it's who you know, who you pay, who you entertain, who you buy a motorcycle for, who gets the motor home, who gets the fishing hunting trip or open golf permits. I'm sure there are some sub out there that could be a prime however they like where they are. These sub subs just need to hook up with a reputable Prime.
