Re: Florida licensing

You need a Fl License for  any drilling in FL in any part of the state .. There is no such thing as working under another contractors license even if they say its OK . Just so you know if you do work under someone else's license and there  is a pay issue you do not  have a leg to stand on as the state of Fl will not recognize you as a legal contractor in the state Fl . They can flat out decide not to pay you and you cant do a a thing .  Fl is a strict state when it comes to licensing . If you have  out of state plates on your trucks its likely you will get asked to produce a license . Many do it but its a huge risk here
