Depends on the area, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky my guys are using 410's, because of the hilly, rocky terrain, the VP30 didnt have enough power. Arkansas we are using the VP30's big brother on steroids, stand on SK's, NC the 300's and VP30's are ok. The guys call it the litte machine, the VP30 and 300 are smaller, have tracks, of course lighter, less horsepower, and its either or... trencher or vibratory plow, not both like the 410's or Vermeer LM's, its does have a bore attachment, good for small jobs... My 2 cents, hope this helps.
