Who are you, where are you located, what do you do, where have you done it, when did you do it. List these references, list you equipment, list you wants-desires, make a statement regarding your future desires, add copy of your insurnace, bank references, footprints of work area desired, good guys letter of your past work, a history of your management skills. Business Plans are not all about the rate of pay be more interested in how you would be paid, when paid, retentions, available prints-materials.
