Couple years ago my tax guy basically told me to stop working and invest in rental property. His argument was that with the entire world borrowing ridiculous amounts to cover the Covid crisis, inflation would be crazy in a couple years and I could retire on managing a few good properties. Last year he warned me it was already starting.
Not looking forward to our meeting this time so he can gloat, too late, I told you so.
