Maybe.  Need to know more to give a good answer. All in one town? Consecutive  buries? Do you have to cutover/splice the drops? Who places the ground rod/bonding? How much restoration? How much hand digging? How many bores? How many sidewalks crossings?  Who calls in the locates?  Are septic tanks & drain fields involved?  Are you counting time to repair cut water/gas/electric/communication lines?  There are more variables but you get the idea.
