I'm guess you guys have not been in this business long. Take the local system mgr to lunch/fishing/flying/boating/race track and such activities, then pump his/her for information or actual rates being paid. This business is all about who you know and who you entertain after hours or on week ends. You gotta Spends some money-To make some money !! MicroMan just saying, stay away from paying kick backs, just entertain them at your beach house over the week ends.
