You can. But there is usually a ton of pre-contract paper work starting with a massive contract, CPA audit, insurance, (as you mentioned) and a ton of other hoops they make you jump through. If I remember correctly their contract states 90 days to pay. But with the help shortage, they should be willing to change that.
