Great story BigDuck. I have had many of those same thoughts several times. I’m a little older than you and my memory fails me at times too but I don’t think John Glenn ever made it to the moon. Glenn was the first American to orbit the earth in 1962. Neil Armstrong was the first man on the moon in 1969. Carry on my friend.
