My company (Micro Constructors Inc) built original systems Hawthorne, Hollywood, Ingelwood, Pamona, Apple Valley, Santa Ana, Culver City, Orange Cty back in 1978-1981...all I remember is that our plant had to be under existing x arm if we did not meet code.
