What do you mean by cheap anchors? What size are the anchors? What size is the shaft? What are the ground conditions, sand, clay, rock, etc? 6" anchors can be screwed from the eye of the anchor in most soils. Some 8" anchors can be screwed from the eye of the anchor if the ground conditions are right. 10" and bigger can not be driven by the eye of the anchor. The shaft will twist. 10" and bigger anchors require a Hubbell Kelly bar or equivalent. Watch the videos in the link below.
