I remember Bernie Czarniecki! I was there with Can-Am splicing for Jack Barry Cable. City of Hawthorne I think. I was only there a month & then was lucky to get tabbed to go build Big River CA, right across the Colorado River from Parker AZ.
We had our warehouse in Culver City I think, one day Jack Barry came there with Can-Am owners Ron Pierce & Keith Moody. They put Jack into a T-40 basket & started raising him in the air. Poor fella looked like he was gonna shit, but kept his voice level when he said "That's good, bring me down now."
