Simple.  They have no model. Their pricing has nothing to do with the cost of the job at hand as much as it does with seeing how low the price can go before no one will work.  I have never over bid a job but I have lost a lot of jobs that were under bid. I once thought those under bidders would go out of business and some did. But there has always been the next guy that thought they could under bid a job and do it for less.  But you can only give it away for so long.
