God

It's difficult to call your god peaceful when he punished everyone for an off limits apple, drowned the world, and kills everyone within an 80 year lifespan. He allows innocent children to be born with  horrible genetic defects/intelligent design and promotes free will as an excuse for the innate evil and violence that is part of mankind
