Webber, if you are going to post something, please research the subject full so you will look intelligent. Once again you did not fully research this subject. In the 70s there was a ruling that allowed cable companies to use existing poles. But that ruling did not let them use the poles for free. Most with few exceptions paid a pole attachment fee. Most with few exceptions still do. The reason most cable companies with few exceptions don’t pull poles is that they don’t own the poles. The pole owner usually pulls the poles, again with few exceptions.
