If you actually pay attention and read the whole string you would see that none of us are working for that or would concider it. If you really pay attention that is the reason I am leaving this industry because of idiots that will work for that and are completly happy with it. The only that wins in this industry anymore are the MSO's and service providers. Not even the end customer sees any of the savings that the providers are pocketing. Just an FYI for a dipshit like you. FYI The Company that I run construction for holds 3 different contracts that actually pay decent for todays standards and I have 4 inhouse bore crews and 3 aerial along with 4 subcontrators each with 2 bore crews and we are all happy and making good money. So you my good fellow thinking you know it all can go pound sand. We know what our people are worth and we will not allow them to be slighted in any way regaurdless if they are in-house or contractors.
