Your right.....I did the Hurricane Andrew Fl S Dade Cty...didn't have a state license but My National Company had a sister electrical company out of Fl...so we worked under his license. Calf...WVA....Arizona ...lots of state require license...usually a Specialty Contractor License for Cable/Fiber
