Phone app has been being used for years now for buries, so if that part is new to you someone is way behind the times. That started years ago with TWC.
AS for the routing if your not within the 5 days out they are certainly going to route you oldest first and no one cares how far apart they are.
If you can't make money doing it, then as others have stated you shouldn't be doing it. A simple thanks but no thanks is all you need to say to them.
According to your profile it says your an owner, if your an owner then value the work you do and don't work for anything less.
