not so simple. Every state is different. Not every state can write other states. work comp is generally state specific. If you live in a monopolistic state then you have to have a separate policy provided by the state. It's funny how all these people want you to work in all these areas but it's really not so easy. My WC wont cover me in MN so I would have to buy another policy there. My GL wouldn't cover me in MS or a couple other state I wanted to work in. Make sure you have the correct classification or you won't be covered, etc..........
