You are just the man I need to ask a few questions to. I am a communications lineman and I have always been in-house. I have an opportunity and I need help on insurance. What kind(s) are needed to just start. I am at the golden years of my career and work is booming. I want a bigger slice of pie and I want to do it my way. Hire and fire until I find a lineman. Hire and fire until I find a Groundsman. A Groundsman that wants it. I am tired of being a shit specialist for the Man. Thanks for your help.
